The professional grade 5/8-mile kart track at VIR offers fans an opportunity to hone their racing skills on a state-of the-art 24-foot-wide paved karting circuit.

All GT LIVE guests who are 18 and over are invited to The VIR Karting Zone. No pre-registration or extra costs are involved. Touch-and-go kart, driving suit, helmet and gloves are provided, all you have to do is stand in line and wait your turn.

BFGoodrich Tires has made it possible for all GT LIVE guests at Miller Motorsports Park on April 28 & 29 to enjoy the world-class karting facilities for free. All you need to do is stop by the BFGoodrich Tires display area and pick up a voucher.

The BFGoodrich Tires Karting Zone incorporates one of the most spectacular kart road course facilities in North America, appropriately named "The Monster". At 0.89 miles, with a main straight approaching 900 feet in length and 30 feet in width, the track is one of the fastest in the nation, yet it still has a wide range of different speed corners. This track's subtle elevation changes and multiple configurations make it perfect for all classes of racing. It is a center for major corporate and rental kart activities, and can be used for car solo competition (autocrosses), for driver training, and for manufacturer ride-and-drive activities. Also, it has been designed to serve as a motorcycle riding and race-training course, and incorporates dirt loops for Super-Moto action.
