Groups
We run two groups a day for a total of 4 groups:
• Saturday - Intermediate/Advanced
• Saturday - Beginner
• Sunday - Intermediate/Advanced
• Sunday - Beginner
Maximum car count per group at Miller is 25. Maximum car count per group at VIR is 12. Each category receives 3 x 20-minute sessions. Participants are allowed to register for multiple groups.
Format
You will receive three 20-minute open sessions. You can choose between "beginner" and "intermediate/advanced". The difference in the two is that "beginner" limits passing.
The sessions are NOT timed. We want you to go out and have fun, but not to get obsessed with lap times, especially if it is your first time out. If you want to get a little more serious and run timed laps, sign up for the "Street" class portion of the Redline Time Attack.
Cost
The cost for TLS is $100 per group. In addition, you MUST purchase a GT LIVE ticket. Unfortunately, at this time you need to purchase your GT LIVE ticket separately from your TLS registration. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Eligibility & Classes
Anyone 18 or over, holding a valid driver’s license, with a street-legal vehicle is eligible to enter TLS. Convertibles must come with rollover protection as stated above.
Session Schedule
A specific session schedule for each event will be posted approximately 30 days prior to an event on our schedules page.
Technical Inspection
There is a mandatory technical self-inspection before you can enter the track. This means you need to download the self-inspection form posted on this page, fill it out and bring it to the track. We will not let you on the track until you have handed in the form. The purpose of the inspection is to make sure you check your vehicle and helmet for safety. For the most part you are checking for fluid leaks, dangling cables, loose body panels and other obvious safety issues. Drivers must be 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. You must have a mechanically sound vehicle, and the minimum of a Snell 1990 (SA1990; M1990) rated helmet (M95/SA95 or newer preferred).
Car Numbers
Each vehicle needs to have a car number. Car numbers can be made of tape or shoe polish or other, clearly visible means. Car numbers will be assigned on site. Sometime we find a sponsor for TLS and are able to pass out pre-made number boards, but please come prepared to place your own number on your vehicle.

Attending a motor sports event just isn’t the same if you don’t get to drive yourself. Sure it is great to see drifting, time attack and racing, but the first thing you’ll want to do is try it out in the parking lot or on your way home. Tarzan’s Lapping Sessions allow you to attend GT LIVE, take in all the action, AND put down some laps of your own, all in a unique format.
Tarzan’s Lapping Sessions are open to all skill levels and street legal cars of any year, make or model. Because of insurance regulations, convertibles are subject to stringent rules. We require convertibles to have permanent roll-over protection that passes the 2-inch "broom stick test." In plain English, this means the rollover protection needs to provide the driver with 2 inches of clearance between the windscreen and the rollover protection. To find out if you meet this requirement, simply sit in your vehicle, place a broomstick or other straight, long object above your head so it rests on the windscreen in the front and the rollover protection in the back. The clearance between the top of your helmet and the bottom of the "broom stick" needs to be 2 inches.
